The invention would consist of a matching beach blanket and a beach umbrella set. The set could feature designs such as the user’s astrological sign, name, hearts, a flag or other important memento that is important to the user. The shaft of the umbrella would be bendable so that the umbrella’s angle could be changed, and a hammer for driving the umbrella into the ground would be included with the set. The blanket features several holes so that the umbrella can be placed in the center of the blanket, or either end of the blanket. It also features small holes in each of the four corners for included plastic stakes for securing to the blanket to the ground. To set up, the user would place the blanket where desired and then pound the stakes into the ground. Next, the user would push the umbrella down through the desired opening, anchoring it via an additional grommet on the umbrella pole. The blanket could be produced in different sizes.
